Warren Heritage Society
As President of the Board of Directors, I had the honor of helping shape the 54th Annual Dinner for the Warren Heritage Society, held at the Doubletree by Hilton. This evening was more than a celebration—it was a chance to honor tradition, bring people together, and create an atmosphere that felt both elegant and joyful.
The evening combined a formal dinner with the energy of swing dancing—an unforgettable blend of elegance and fun. The design elements I contributed were meant to enhance that experience, creating a space where guests could feel immersed in both history and celebration.
Role
- Program Design: I crafted a program that reflected the spirit of the evening, balancing formality with festive flair.
- Step and Repeat: Guests were welcomed with a custom backdrop, perfect for photos and memories, reinforcing the event’s identity.
- Centerpieces & Table Displays: Each table featured centerpieces designed to spark conversation, accented with photos from past years to remind us of the legacy we share.
- Photo Displays: I curated black‑and‑white themed photo installations along the shelf area, adding visual “eye candy” that tied the room together and celebrated decades of community milestones.
Impact
By weaving together design, history, and atmosphere, my goal was to make the event not just memorable, but meaningful. The photos reminded us of where we’ve been, while the vibrant setting encouraged us to look forward with pride and excitement.
